冬の庭のバケツに氷が張る。

氷をそっとひっくり返してみると、すごくキレイな枝状の結晶ができていることがある。

暗い色の紙の上に破ったグラシン紙をぱらぱらとランダムに配置すると、どんなふうにしても美しい。（まあ、多少は配置を吟味しますけど。）

1冊目の著書「手で作る本」で、グラシンの封筒を使った本を提案した。

企画の方がネタとして持って来てくれたのは、アメリカ製の厚手のグラシン封筒。

この作例は人気で教室でもやりたい人が多かったのだが、封筒が入手しにくい。

じゃ、作っちゃえ、と封筒を自作したのだが、日本製のグラシンは薄すぎて雰囲気がでない。

そこで思いついたのが、二重にして作ること。二重のあいだにもなんか挟めるので、手紙だけじゃなく飾りを入れられる。

そんなことをやっていたので、今回は紺色の紙を包んでしまえ！封筒のように、と思いついた。

包むとアクリル枠に入れるのも楽。さらに後ろ側にできる規則的な折り込みの形がうつくしい。

ううむ、ナイスアイデア。

Sometimes in winter there was ice in bucket my father's garden.
I picked the ice plate and turn the back side up. There are many beautiful thin crystal flakes.

I putted glassine paper flakes on a dark colour paper. It reminded me the ice of my father's garden. Little bit I tried composition of the flakes, but there is no need to hesitated. All copositions should be good because of the material.

In my first book "Handmade book making", I proposed a book using glassine paper envelopes.

My editor brought me the envelopes of American made.

The idea was very popular among my students.

We can't buy easy the American envelopes. Me and students must made envelopes by ourselves. But Japanese glassine papers were very thin.
So I use that doubled. I found very effective idea. Between two papers I can put something like glassine flakes, silk threads etc.

Applying this idea I wrapped glassine flakes and blue paper with glassine paper. And It's good for putting in acrylic flame easily.

More over backsides were nice with regular foldings.

The spine made of orstrich leg leather.
